Ms. Shockley plans, manages, and oversees the operation and activities of KCERA’s compliance function. Before joining KCERA, she served as a division chief in the office of the Kern County Auditor-Controller. Prior to joining the County in 2018, she worked as a senior auditor at a local CPA firm for 6 years. Ms. Shockley earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University Bakersfield and is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
