Welcome, here is KCERA’s current RFP in proposal stage:
This Request for Proposal is issued by the Kern County Employees’ Retirement Association for the purpose of soliciting proposals from qualified actuarial firms to provide actuarial auditing services to the KCERA Board and KCERA staff. It is KCERA’s intent to obtain the services of one firm for actuarial audit services. Respondents shall submit the proposal no later than May 17, 2024, and prior to 2:00 p.m. PT. Proposals received after the submission deadline will not be considered.
KCERA is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, KCERA
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
other impairments to understand and use the website to the same degree as someone without disabilities. We welcome
feedback and can often resolve issues in a timely manner if they arise.
