We are aware of the bank delay affecting the processing of retiree benefit payments.

KCERA has completed the payment transmission process. At this stage, deposits may appear at different times depending on each financial institution's policies and processing schedules.  Some banks may not process the transaction until Monday.

We understand the importance of receiving your retirement benefit on time and recognize the inconvenience this delay may cause. We sincerely apologize for this delay and appreciate your patience as we work to complete the payment process as quickly as possible.

Please know that resolving this issue remains our highest priority. We will continue to provide updates as additional information becomes available.

 

Retirees and beneficiaries are paid once a month on the last business day of the month.
