KCERA is currently recruiting for the Deputy Director of Compliance position.

Under direction, plans, organizes, oversees, and coordinates the staff and operations of Kern County Employees’ Retirement Association's (KCERA) compliance function; sets compliance direction and develops strategies and action plans; reviews compliance developments and assesses compliance risks; recommends and participates in the development and implementation of compliance, goals, objectives, policies and priorities; recommends and administers policies and procedures; and performs related duties as required.
