Mr. Sanders is currently a Vice President/Controller, providing financial consulting and oversight to numerous organizations. He has 35 years of success in oil & gas, construction, real estate, mortgage banking, and other industries.

Previously Mr. Sanders was the Construction Division Lead Operations Manager for an integrated full-service engineering, construction, and technical service company. He has held leadership positions at MMI Services, Inc, WL Acquisition, ESG Republic (Rand, Mid-Cal, tempSERV), Innovative Engineering Systems, Creative Realty Marketing & Mortgage, and American Star Financial Group.

Mr. Sanders earned an A.A. in Fire Science and Firefighting from Bakersfield College and a B.S. in Accounting and Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
