You are invited to attend the End-of-Career Retirement Planning Seminar on Thursday, September 24th from 8:30 AM to 12:30PM. This vital seminar will include information from KCERA, Health Benefits, Deferred Compensation, Retired Employees of Kern County (REOKC) and the Social Security Administration.

• The seminar is limited to the first 220 registered members
• Registration ends 5 p.m. Friday, 8/28/26
• Confirmation of your attendance will be emailed to you on or before September 4th
• Due to very limited seating only confirmed registrants are allowed, please, no guests
• Kern County employees are compensated for one KCERA seminar per career. Other KCERA members please check with your employer

KCERA offers educational videos. If you are not within three years of your eligible retirement date, we invite you to engage in our online resources.

• E-seminar: KCERA.org or our YouTube channel. Under the "Forms & Resources" section, select "Resource Center" and then "Educational Videos".
• Member Portal: If you haven't registered yet, we strongly recommend you do so. The portal is a great tool for retirement planning. It allows you to view your information, run retirement and purchase of service estimates. 

If you are not able to attend this seminar in person, it will be streamed live and the recording available for viewing on our Youtube chanel.
