KCERA extends our deepest condolences to the family of Captain Brian Falk and the Kern County public safety community.  All KCERA members serve our community with resolve and determination, and Captain Falk dedicated most of his life to serving the community.  It is KCERA’s honor to serve Captain Falk’s family in these difficult times.
